Our History

Cesar Mariscos was founded and operated as a restaurant by its owner, Mr. Cesar Bardales in the year 1972. In 1989 it was restored starting in January 1996 to work as hotel and restaurant.


Our hotel Account with 19 Rooms and an Apartment and is located on only 50 feet of the Caribbean Sea and in front of a precious beach, offering a matchless view of the Fabric bay, in a familiar atmosphere, will make that it feel in house. In Stopping Seafood our mission is to allow it, offering to him, comfort, security and a matchless service in the best one of Caribbean atmospheres of the Honduran North Coast.

We have been recognized internationally and have appeared with very good reviews in newspapers like the New York Times and in prestigious magazines such as Conde Nast Traveler in 2001 for its good service and quality of seafood
